Rob Hamilton (Technical Director, Set Design)  Rob has worked as a director/designer throughout America since the early 70’s,
and is currently resident Designer/TD for the Dept. of Communication Studies, where he has designed
Dream Boy, White People,
Water Rites, The Miser
and Vanishing Marion, among others.  Locally, he has also designed for Deep Dish, Theatre Or, Manbites
Dog and points in-between.  Most recently, he directed/designed
1776 at The ArtsCenter, and is currently polishing his adaptation
of
Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress for a 2007 world premiere.  Deepest appreciation for the neverending patience of AMG
and the furry DeBain sisters.

Laura Lindsey (Production Stage Manager, Assistant Director, Props Mistress, Light Board Operator)  Laura is a senior at UNC
studying Communication Studies and Psychology.  Over the past year she designed costumes and ran sound for
The Time
Traveler’s Wife
and performed in Redheaded Robin’s Christmas Story and Water Rites.  She recently completed a workshop with
visiting artist Tim Miller and will play a muse in the February production of
Authentic Chameleons.  Laura has enjoyed wearing
many hats for
The Christmas Letters and is sure that, after therapy clears up the multiple personality disorder it has brought on, she
will walk away with a great ability to multitask.  She would like to thank the cast for their hard work and camaraderie, Paul and Andi
for their constant support and guidance, her family for their unconditional love and enthusiasm, St. Anthony Hall for their
understanding and creative inspiration, Emily for her patience, and Hoodie for always reminding her to laugh.

Shannon O’Neill (Musical Director, Additional Vocal Arrangements)  Shannon  is thrilled with the opportunity to work on The
Christmas Letters
with such an amazing group of people.  She wrote original music, sound designed and musical directed The
Time Traveler's Wife;
wrote original music and sound designed The Truth About Forever; and has performed in Out of the Dark,
Water Rites, On Greed and Loneliness,
and The Swimmer.  In 2005, Shannon interned in the sound department at the London
Palladium Theater’s
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  Shannon also sang with the a cappella group the janes and with the Athena Grand
Opera Company and the UGA Opera Ensemble in
The Magic Flute and Die Fledermaus.  She teaches private voice lessons in
Chapel Hill.  She would like to thank Paul, her friend and mentor, for trusting her with this project and for his advice and persistence
over the past years.  She also thanks her parents for their unconditional love and support.
